In order to purchase on the Obituary Store website. Our Policy is “Pay First before you can download the file”. The chosen files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Considering that we sell online products that are available instantly, all available products are final. The product choice is downloadable and it will expire after 15 (fifteen) days the day you purchased with us. Customers are allowed to download templates 5 (five) times over a 15 (fifteen) day period. Once you have downloaded the template to your computer, it will automatically be available on your computer not unless you delete the file. Templates can be re-used by purchasers to make multiple funeral programs as many times as needed. We highly recommend that our customers should make a backup copy of their template. We are unable to replace lost templates. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
